The Juliana Theory is reuniting for a proper farewell show this August, playing at The Independent. They’re playing the entirety of Emotion is Dead, as it’s the album’s 10-year anniversary, and then a second set of fan favorites.

The first presale apparently sold out in 5 minutes. There’s a second batch out now; tickets are $25 each, so for 3 of us it’s $75 plus $18.38 in “service charges”. $93.38 is pretty steep. If I had a job right now I wouldn’t even hesitate to buy the tickets. TJT, I love you, but remember when I only had to pay $15 at the door to see you at Slims in 2005?

Yeah. Priorities, too. Grr.
